Kaleidoscope is a food and culture magazine focusing on one ingredient. It is influenced by one object, seen from different angles. Just like in a kaleidoscope, where each and every rotation generates a new image, the magazine highlights the many opportunities created from one ingredient. The key to see new possibilities lays in knowledge, and Kaleidoscope strives to give a deeper understanding, by telling the stories of the ingredient.
